The 2017 Wedding Season Is Underway!

Wedding #1 In The Books

Luminous Sounds kicked off the 2017 wedding season last Saturday performing for Sebastiano and Kristin’s wedding at the beautiful St. Marks Methodist Church in Rockville Centre.  The ceremony was gorgeous!

Our ensemble is growing!

We now have 16 musicians on our roster which will allow us to perform multiple events on the same day and will also allow us to provide a larger string ensemble if we are requested to do so.  With 39 weddings booked so far, 2017 is going to prove to be a busy and exciting season for us.  If you are interested in joining our roster, please reach out to Kim at LuminousSoundsInc@gmail.com You will need to provide your resume and a video of your playing for consideration.

Vote for us!

Luminous Sounds is in the running for a small business grant from FedEx.  In order to move on to the second stage of the competition, we must earn as many votes as possible.  You can vote each day from as many email address as you have until 4/5.  We would greatly appreciate your support. If we do happen to earn some grant money, I plan to use it to purchase additional equipment for our ensemble. Specifically I would like to purchase iPads, iPad stands and Bluetooth page-turners for our musicians to use at events.
